PT1000 shielded wire , the maximum temperature of teflon is approx. 260 degrees. To ensure the pt1000 to measure the higher temperature, we use double fibreglass sleeving and 1000-degree thermal adhesive to protect the wire. To make working temperature is able to up to 450 degrees, and avoid the short-circuit or damage during operation.
Pt1000 is a high-precision resistance measurement method. Our pt1000 adopts 3-wire system. The 3-wire system can reduce the influence of wire resistance error on measurement accuracy, thus making measurement more accurate. Some products are used 2-wire, 2-wire measuring accuracy is less than 3 wire.In addition, if use a connection extension cable, it increases the resistance of the wire and affects the measurement accuracy.
