How to Choose-nFEP or FEP?

nFEP film is an upgraded relase film.

When your prints are relatively simple and printing is not frequent, please choose traditional FEP film, because it can meet those basic needs and it is cheaper. But if you print more frequently, the prints are more complex, or you want to obtain more precise printing effects, then nFEP will be more suitable for you. Because nFEP release film with high precison and high printing success rate.

Lower Adsorption Force

nFEP film also known as FPA film. It is more flexible and has better adhesion resistance. This just makes your prints better, since it won't stick to the film thus avoiding support's breakage, which means a higher success rate and longer life span.

Notice: Please remember to re-leveling your 3D printer once change FEP film to nFEP film, becuase of different thickness.

Ideal Replacement

Release film belongs to the consumables, should be replaced immediately once broken or with severe scratches, otherwise it will easily lead to printing failure, waste of resin, and may damage LCD screen due to leakage.

How to Maintain Matt FEP Release Film

1. Before installation, please check if the film is intact。 If there is any damage, please contact us immediately for replacement.
2. Avoid contact with sharp tools during installation to avoid damaging the film and causing printing failure
3. After each printing failure, the impurities in the material tank must be cleaned in time.
4. When cleaning residual resin, do not use a hard plastic scraper, as the release film is very fragile and some invisible burrs may cause damage.

Tips for Cleaning Resin Tank

Choose the printer's built-in cleaning function, or manually expose the bottom layer for 10-30 seconds, then lift and remove the entire cured bottom layer to remove impurities more efficiently.
