Instructions for using the winding machine：
This machine is an ideal computer programming model,which can set 1 to 10 winding turns at will and be used to control and operate the winding equipment. It can continuously wind 1 to 10 groups of coils with different turns on the same mold. This machine uses advanced computer technology to input the winding and the number of turns to be wound through the keyboard. When winding,the winding and the number of turns will be automatically displayed. When winding reaches the preset number of turns,it will automatically stop and brake. This machine has the characteristics of scientific and novel design,stable performance,convenient operation,high efficiency,accurate counting,clear display,and reversible manual counting. This machine is suitable for winding all kinds of inductance coils,instrument coils,relays,timers,household appliances,low-voltage appliances and all kinds of flat winding coils in the electrical and instrument industries,especially for multi winding coils of transformers,motors,water pumps,etc.

Installation:
1. This machine should be installed on a sturdy wooden workbench,and a black rubber sheet should be placed between the workbench and the bottom plate of the winding machine to reduce vibration. The bottom plate of the winding machine has four fixing holes for fixed installation.
2. The wire winding machine should be installed with the wire sleeve shaft on the main shaft of the wire winding machine,and the fixing screws should be tightened. Once again,it is necessary to tighten the screws. Normal inspection should be conducted to see if the wire winding sleeve shaft is loose or bent. The wire winding shaft should be kept concentric during operation.
3、 Set usage guidelines:
(1) How to set the winding and number of turns.
1. Set the number of winding turns (for example,set winding '1' to 999 turns).
① Press cancel first,when P0 is displayed,then press the 'Set Value' button to see the display [Left Screen 1]. At this time,enter 999 and press the setting to confirm
2. Route setting: When 1 is displayed on the left screen,pressing Route will display on the left screen. 2. Enter the desired number of turns 999 and confirm by pressing the setting. Set in sequence,up to 10 different data windings can be set
3. After setting the number of winding turns,press the 'View' button to check if the set number of winding turns is correct. If there is an error,reset the number of winding turns
4. A total of 10 windings can be set,with 0 indicating the 10th winding. The main and complex windings are optional,and the negative winding is set in the same way as the main winding
