CB-B Gear Pump 

1. CB-B gear pump is a displacement gear oil pump. It uses two gyres gear to translate engine power which produced by motor into hydraulic pressure power. 

2. CB-B hydraulic gear pumps are widely used inhydraulic drive systems of machine tools, hydraulic machinery, rubber and plastic machinery, and engineering machineryas the power source of hydraulic systems. It can also be used as a lubrication pump and oil transfer pump in the oil supply and cooling system of thin oil stations in large machinery and equipment and the lubrication system of various machinery and equipment.

This pump has a simple structure, low noise, stable oil delivery, good self-priming, and reliable work.

Application: 

1.CB-B series gear pumps are suitable for conveying mineral oils with a viscosity of 1 to 8 Pascal and vegetable oils with similar properties. The oil temperature is not greater than 100 ℃, such as hydraulic oil, mechanical oil and fuel oil.

We can also customize high temperature resistant pump.

2. Stainless steel type can pump corrosive liquid. High temperature type can pump liquids reach 180 ° C.

Use media requirements:

1. Recommended oil: use L-HM46 or similar viscosity hydraulic oil in summer and L-HV32 low temperature hydraulic oil in winter;

2. Working oil temperature range: -20 ℃ ～ 80 ℃.

The oil should be kept clean, and the mailbox and pipeline should be fully cleaned before refueling. Install a 100-mesh oil filter at the oil suction port and install an oil filter with an accuracy of not less than 25 μm at the system return oil;

After starting, the air in the system should be discharged with no load until there are no bubbles;

Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil and whether the oil filter is blocked, and replace it if necessary

When used on dump trucks, the throttle size should be changed steadily, not suddenly large or small, so as not to affect the life of the gear pump due to dramatic changes in speed and flow;

It should be used strictly according to the requirements, not overloaded.
