We have various advanced equipment for each process of mold making, such as:
i) 5-axis CNC,
ii) EDM electric spark machine,
iii) mirror spark machine, etc.),
iv) Wire-Cut EDM.
Machines with famous brands (such as Makino, DMG or Sodic) and Mold accuracy (±0.01mm).
5-axis CNC machining is able to process
a. complex part shapes, such as curved and beveled surfaces, which are difficult to achieve with 3-axis machines.
b. Improved production efficiency: Since 5-axis machines can complete the machining of multiple surfaces in one setting, the need for fixture replacement and repositioning is reduced, thereby improving production efficiency. c.Accuracy and surface finish: 5-axis machining provides higher machining accuracy while improving the finish of the machined surface.
EDM is mainly used to process various complex and Precission Molds, such as convex-concave Molds,Multi-Cavity Moulds. EDM discharge pulse time is long, which is conducive to reducing electrode loss. EDM rough processing generally uses long discharge pulses and large current discharge, which has fast processing speed and small electrode loss.
Its core is to generate high temperature and high pressure on the surface of the workpiece through electric spark discharge, so that the metal melts, vaporizes or ablates, thereby achieving cutting, drilling and surface finishing of the workpiece. The main features of mirror spark machining include High Precision, high finish and strong adaptability. It is widely used in molds, aviation, electronics, medical equipment and other fields

Wire-cut machining is a High-Precision EDM wire cutting technology.
It is widely used in precision molds, aviation, and medical fields. The surface roughness can reach Ra 0.8μm or less, and the accuracy is ±0.001mm, which is close to the grinding level.
