4).With automatic fault alarm display function, such as low temperature, no packaging film, ribbon, no material, no color, servo fault signal, the alarm or shut down function can be set automatically when the glass door open;
5)supported with metric device, the machine will automatically complete all packaging processes from measuring, feeding, filling,
date printing, finished product output.

Fourteen heads combination weighter

By adopting this weighing scale, the weight of materials in every bucket can be shown on the screen, when problem accures, workers can easily adjust the equipment. Up to 12 languages to choose. It can set the bucket open one by one, so that the big piece or easy break products will not discharge together and jam the input tube of the packing machines and reduce the break late of the products. Password can be set, so that the user cannot change the main setting easily, easy for operator to manage the machine.
Imported Photoelectric eyes to check the products: if the products on the top corner is not enough for next dump, it will give signal to the packing machine to let it stop baging and at the same time will give the signal to the elevator to let it send products.

The lifting machine is applicable to vertical lifting food,feed and chemical department. It lift the hoppers by transform the chains to lift particles and patches of material, it’s advantage is huge enhance and high enhance.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock, we could discuss before contract.

A: Yes, we will supply all the parameters, price, layout drawing, factory design etc.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance , 70% balance before shippment after inspection.

A: We will send 1 engineer to the buyer's factory for 7-14 days period installation and training to the operators.
