Q1. Is there a warranty?
A: Purchased laser engraving machines from the official store are eligible for the best warranty policy with the order number. The machine's structural components have a warranty period of 12 months, the laser module has a warranty period of 6 months, and other consumables, such as transmission belts, have a warranty period of 3 months.
Q2. Can I engrave metal?
A: If you use the blue laser head to engrave metal materials, it is recommended to engrave black, non-smooth surface, matte metal, such as black aluminum epitaphs, or make the material black coated or use engraving paper, but it is not recommended to use the blue laser to engrave metal for a long period of time, which may damage the core of the laser head and shorten the service life of the laser head.
