What's RTCP function? -Rotated Tool Center Point,in a word, it is tool follow function. 1.The 5 axis machine with RTCP function can clamp and place the workpiece casually, and the machine will automatically compensate the offset, greatly reduce the auxiliary time, improve the machining accuracy, and the post-processing is also very simple. 2.The 5 axis machine without RTCP function, the tool and spindle can only work according to the set program. In case of deviation, there are only two options: either replace the tool, or reprogram the spindle, return to the starting point and run again.
