lnstallation And Precautions Of Reducer
(1) Inject grease into the space on the inner wall of the flexspline, install the reducer into the output end, connect the pre-tightening with screws and spring washers, the order of pre-tightening is cross

(2) Apply grease evenly on the flexible bearing, and then install the wave generator into the bearing of the flexible wheel and the output end. When installing the wave generator, please
Special attention should be paid to control the influence of center offset and skew within the smallest possible range to reduce the influence of non-concentricity. Avoid applying excessive force to the bearing part of the wave generator, and install the flexspline by rotating the wave generator smoothly. After the installation is complete, please turn the wave generator gently by hand. If it can be rotated with an average force, it is regarded as normal. If there is a very uneven situation, it is an asymmetrical meshing state. At this time, the wave generator needs to be removed and reinstalled.
(3) Apply Loctite 638 glue to the key of the shaft at the input end, then insert the shaft into the wave generator, and use the screw and spring washer to connect the input end with
The reducer connection is pre-tightened, the order of pre-tightening is a crisscross mode, and the pre-tightening force is 0.5N.m. Then set the motor speed to about 100 rpm, start the motor, and lock the screws in a crisscross pattern, and increase the screw's corresponding locking force evenly in four to five times. (See the table for the corresponding locking force of the screws.) All connected and fixed screws must be of 12.9 grade and must be coated with screw locking agent to prevent screw failure or loosening during work.
(4) Keep the motor rotating, lock the screw at the output end in a crisscross pattern, and increase it evenly to the corresponding locking force of the screw in four to five times.

Precautions
When the reducer is in use, if the output end is always horizontally downward, the grease injected into the inner wall space of the flexspline must exceed the meshing tooth surface.
The installation plane of the rigid wheel and the rigid wheel connection and the installation plane of the flexible wheel and the flexible wheel connection shall be statically sealed to ensure that the grease will not leak during the use of the reducer and avoid the reducer from working with little or no oil Time damage.
