Equipment Introduction

The hand-held electric capping machine is mainly used for tightening and loosening screw caps. It is portable and easy to operate for cap opening and closing tasks.

Equipped with an adjustable clutch structure, it effectively prevents cap damage and reduces internal component wear. When the cap is fully tightened, the chuck stops rotating automatically, ready for the next capping operation.

It fits various high-strength bottle caps, with a applicable cap diameter range of 5-30mm. The working efficiency reaches 30-90 bottles per minute.

Capping Head Liner

The inner liner of the capping head is made of PU glue (Polyurethane, elastic rubber material). It is durable, highly elastic, and can grip bottle caps firmly without scratching or damaging the cap surface.
