Important Notice (Critical!!!):
Avoid fully transparent tubing for extruder feed paths, especially on machines with filament resistance detection. Fully transparent tubes may trigger false alarms when the system detects resistance, mistakenly indicating filament jams.
Recommended: Prioritize white or translucent gray tubing—these offer significantly lower friction for smoother feeding.
Guide to Tubing Color Selection
Fully Transparent (FEP Material):
Higher friction (not as smooth as PTFE).
Trade-off: Visibility vs. performance. Choose only if visual monitoring is essential.
Max Temp: 200–220°C → Not safe inside hotends (use only for cold-end feed paths).
White/Translucent Gray (PTFE Material):
Lowest friction (most popular choice).
Max Temp: 240–260°C → Safe for hotend internal use, but do not exceed rated temps.
Warnings
1. Never use FEP tubes inside hotends—they will melt at printing temperatures!
2.PTFE tubes (white/gray) degrade if overheated—stay within their thermal limits.
Pro Tip: For Bowden setups, White and translucent gray PTFE balances smoothness and moderate visibility.

The role of PTFE tube is to reduce resistance and guide filament. The inner diameter of the pipe is 2.5 mm and the outer diameter is 4mm. Please note that the PTFE tube is a consumable and has a risk of wear. It is recommended to check the PTFE tube regularly for wear and replace it in time if necessary.
