PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
European electric hoist is a popular lifting equipment for material handling. it is compact and lightweight, suitable for use in factories,warehouses, etc. As an ideal hoisting mechanism, it often matches with overhead cranes and gantry cranes. it needs the main beam to support the entire electric hoist and moves along the track. its electric motor provides power source for lifting tasks. Beside these parts, European hoist also has reducer, drum set, hook and electrical control system. There producer reduces the speed of the motor and increases the torque so European hoist could meet the needs of lifting heavy objects.
ANTISWAY CONTROL FUNCTION
It is equipped with open-loop and closed-loop anti-shake control algorithms, which are easy to debug and have good adaptability. They can suppress the swinging amplitude of goods during the crane's movement, ensuring the efficiency of material handling, and improving the safety and stability of equipment operation.
This function can be activated and deactivated by selecting the switch.
HOOK ANTI HANGING PROTECTION
During the lifting process, if a sudden increase in load torque is detected (due to being caught by an object or being restrained by an obstacle), an alarm will be triggered and the operation will be stopped. This prevents the continued operation from causing safety accidents and ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL FUNCTION
When both lifting mechanisms are lifting simultaneously, Can open bus communication is adopted to achieve independent and synchronous control of the two mainframes, ensuring that the two cranes can lift and move synchronously.
