How to choose U DRILL
Difference between SP bit and WC bit:
WC U Drill:WC insert is cheap and has high drilling efficiency. The insert is peach type and can be used on three sides. The drilling efficiency is slightly better than that of SP type.
SP U Drill:The bottom hole of SP insert is flat relative to WC, but not completely flat. SP insert is square and can use 4 cutting surfaces, with a better finish than WC.
2D 3D 4D means length:
2D mean the machining depth is 2 times the diameter.
3D mean the machining depth is 3 times the diameter.
