4. Spray or spray cooling of molten steel is the best method to maximize the effect of high-alumina titanium alloys. It is recommended to use stainless steel, titanium alloy or heat-resistant alloy for water-insoluble cutting fluids.

Tool selection

-In order to obtain a better cutting surface and extend tool life. Ensure high precision, high rigidity and dynamic balance.

1. Before using this tool, please measure the deflection of the tool. If the tool deflection is greater than 0.01mm, please correct it before cutting.

2. The shorter the extension line of the tool, the better. If the tool extends too long, please adjust the tool speed, feed rate or cutting amount.

3. If there is abnormal vibration or sound during cutting, reduce the spindle speed and cutting volume until the situation improves.

4. The steel parts adopt spray or jet cooling method to maximize the effect of high aluminum titanium. It is recommended to use stainless steel, titanium alloy or heat-resistant alloy with non-water-soluble cutting fluid.

Tool operation

⑵. This tool can process foam, EVA, EPS, etc. to produce a smooth surface.

⑶. A suitable size jacket must be used, because a jacket with serious wear, insufficient roundness, and insufficient inner hole taper cannot provide sufficient clamping force, which will cause vibration or break the tool handle and fly out.

⑷ Don't think that the new jacket must be safe and reliable. When the tool handle is found to have uneven contact marks or grooves after the tool is clamped, it indicates that the inner hole of the jacket has slippage and deformation. This is to change the jacket immediately to avoid accidents.

⑸ After the tool is clamped, if the tool is found to bounce during work, it should stop immediately, repeat the clamping several times, make the tool handle and the jacket fully contact, and then work.

⑹. The contact between the handle and the jacket should be good. The tool handle must be fully inserted into the jacket and tightened, so as to provide sufficient clamping force for the tool, not only a small part can be inserted into the jacket, otherwise it is easy to break the tool handle and the tool is damaged
