Appearance and composition:


Appearance: paste


Ingredients: resin (excluding solvent and water), pigment and other additives, solid content 100%


Characteristics: thixotropic, thick when placed, thin when stirred, thin in summer and opposite in winter


Application:


1. It is suitable for manual printing and mechanical printing. It can print special products such as offset color, plane, three-dimensional right angle, fillet, stone, bark effect and so on. Thermosetting ink will not dry at room temperature. Heat it to 150 - 180 degrees and bake for 1 ~ 3 minutes to completely cure the ink! The adhesion firmness after plasticization is more than grade 5 after wet washing and more than grade 4 after dry wiping.


2. Heat absorption is a process, which is determined by two factors: temperature and time. It takes a long time for high temperature and low temperature, but it can not be lower than 150 ℃. Generally, in order to improve the delivery efficiency, the temperature is selected between 160 ° C and 180 ° C. A simple method to detect whether the ink is cured: the cured ink is elastic, and the surface can't scrape powder and scratch; Otherwise, it means that the plasticizing temperature is not enough. It is necessary to appropriately increase the plasticizing temperature and time on the basis of the original overheating temperature.


3. Viscose bead technology: round corner transparent thermosetting ink (oily adhesive bead paste) is suitable for bonding plastic beads. Adhesion fastness: wet washing and dry wiping can reach grade 4 or above. (washing machine 45 degrees continuously for 10 hours without falling off!) Print the round corner on the cloth, sprinkle plastic beads while wet, dry at 160 degrees or press at 150 ~ 160 degrees for 8 ~ 15 seconds.


Scope of application:


Plastisol is applicable to 100% cotton, cotton / polyester blend, polyester, dark and light colored cloth, denim and other fabrics. All fabrics that meet the following two points can be used: 1. It can withstand 1500C ~ 1800C; 2. It has air permeability and allows ink to penetrate. Unsuitable substrates, such as plastic, metal, glass, etc. and waterproof nylon cloth.


Troubleshooting:


1、 Possibility of poor firmness:


1. The thermosetting ink has not been completely baked


Guideline: increase the baking temperature or extend the baking time.


2. Too much wool


Guidelines: when printing the first board, print 4 ~ 6 knives with force (hard square knife is the best), or dilute the ink appropriately, make the bottom one to two times, and then print the surface with thicker ink.


3. Solvent diluents are added to the ink


Guideline: if solvent diluent is added to the ink, the surface of the ink layer has solidified after baking, but there will be powder in the middle of the ink layer. Use thermosetting ink diluent instead.


2、 Causes of inelastic or powdery slurry


1. The thermosetting ink has not been completely baked


Guideline: raise the baking temperature or increase the baking time.


3、 Causes of ink layer foaming


1. The heating temperature of the ink layer exceeds 230 ℃


Guideline: just turn down the temperature of the air duct. The ink layer must be dried before printing the first and second plates. In this way, the printing effect is the most ideal.


2. The addition of solvent diluents to the ink will also cause foaming


Guideline: use special diluent for thermosetting ink.


3. The addition of water-based and other substances in the ink will also cause foaming


Guidelines: be sure to use thermosetting oil ink paste for color matching.


4、 Causes and prevention of surface anti sticking


1. The surface of the slurry layer is not completely dry


Guideline: increase or extend the baking temperature on the original basis.


2. Excessive diluent dosage


Guideline: the dosage of diluent can be controlled at 8%.


3. The slurry is too thin


Guideline: you can heat the special thickener for solid ink to improve the consistency of ink.
