1. Brief introduction.
Our new designed machine combining two functions together:Cnc router and plasma cutting.
- CNC router with the water cooling spindle, engraving and cutting on nonmetal materials. Such as wood,
acrylic, mdf, foam, plywood, etc.
- Plasma cutter with plasma cutting nozzle for cutting matel materials. Such as aluminum,copper,iron,
carbon steel,stainless steel,etc.
- Double heads. Could cut thick and hard metal use plasma high speed ,while still have precise milling
and working accuracy with CNC spindle.
Double table. Machine is sawtooth table combine T-slot table. Surface T-slot table is removable.
so when do plasma metal cut job won't hurt CNC part.
User-friendly design. We add handle and lock for removable table, easy to change and fix.
Starfire controller panel for plasma cutter. With independent THC function
Controller cabinet. With parts for both cnc router and plasma cutter.
